2. Miscellaneous "Rules"

a. If word "SAMPLE" appears in one of our sample examples, it is unchangeable, but can be "Saved as" any other unique name

b. ALL boards will have 75 available positions

c. IMAGE SETS that we provide (which will be labeled "SAMPLE") are also unchangeable, although user can use graphics from Graphics Manager - or anything else - to make whatever they want

d. We will continue to use the Unused board feature on the Print Bingo sheets screen but "Calculate new bingo cards" will be the default (vs. the current Newly calculated . . .)

e. The size of the current 1-on, 8 1/2 x 11 format will be the default (and SAMPLE) that we use for 1-on. That is, the one with 1 1/4" squares, 6 1/2" x 7 1/4" overall. Portrait only.

f. The size of the current 2-on, 8 1/2 x 11 format will be the default (and SAMPLE) that we use for 2-on. That is, the one with 1" squares, each board measuring 5" x 5 1/2". Landscape only.

g. The size for the 3-on, 8 1/2 x 14 format should be sonsistent with 1-on and 2-on to the extent that they "fill" an 8 1/2 x 14 sheet. Again, Landscape only.

h. The size for the Pop-out format will be the same as the 1-on format (8 1/2 x 11), Portrait only. We might add to this

i. The size for the custom board will be 8 1/2 x 11 OR 8 1/2 x 14, portrait OR landscape.

1. Illyiana from Voran FH called re: MM and font selection. She commented that the selection from 8 to 9 and from 9 to to was ok, but when selecting 10 to 11, the size changed dramatically. She can replicate on both XP and VISTA machines. I told her it was a Microsoft utility that we access, but that we'd look into it. Anything we can do to update this feature? .
